This two-part ashtray, designed by Marianne Brandt in 1926, exemplifies the simplicity of form made famous by the Bauhaus school of design.
Brandt was the only woman to have worked in the Metallwerkstatt of the Bauhaus. Manufactured by Alessi, the ashtray comes in mirror-polished stainless steel.
