Ettore Sottsass's first project for Alessi - Programma 5 - consisted of barware and tabletop items. While minimal at first glance, the shapes evoke totemic themes explored by Sottsass as far back as the late 1960s.
The Condiment Set was designed in 1978. It lets you carry condiments in a single motion, it is robust to the point of being virtually indestructible and it is easy to clean. A version that also includes the salt and pepper shakers is also available.
